The 2nd annual Muslim Jewish Conference
has come to an end.
3rd to 8th of July 2011, 70 individuals from more than 25 countries gathered in Kiev / Ukraine.
Participants, who travelled from many corners of the world to be part of this family, made a choice.
To stand up and do what is necessary and not what is convenient.
To come and see with their own eyes, to make up their own mind and not believe what others might told them to be the truth.
To make a step, from possibility to reality.
The MJC salutes them for that.
The MJC indeed is a grassroots movement, driven and built by those Muslims and Jews of the next generation, that simply decided to talk , not about each other , but to each other.
The MJC team, coming from more than 15 nations is living proof, that bonds between young Muslim and Jews can be strong, if only we are given a chance to create them.
