This project, organized and conducted by the American ‘Foundation for Ethnic Understanding “(www.ffeu.org) was held under the leadership of Rabbi Marc Schneier (Vice President of the World Jewish Congress). The project brought together, in a constructive dialogue, 115 mosques and synagogues last year in the United States and France, as well as student groups of major U.S. universities.
Coordination – International Online Conference
Through the established network of MJC, we took over the organization of the first ever online “twinning” for the Foundation For Ethnic Understanding, including participants, which can not carry out any sustained dialogue with the “other” side due to their geographical situation. Thus, the MJC spearheaded an online conference with activists from Pakistan, Morocco, Nigeria, Indonesia, Turkey the United States of America and many more countries. The MJC took over the responsibility of the complete coordination of the participants in all countries, as well as the technical process during the online conference.
